As part of British Science Week - we explored making an ecosystem. Children played the roles of different living and non-living things and had to decide which other parts of the ecosystem they had a connection with. Once they could explain the connection they connected to that part with a piece of string. We then removed certain connections to discuss the impact that made on the ecosystem.
